Hekhal Haness is a very modern synagogue built in the early 1970s in the Malagnou neighbourhood of Geneva. The architecture is unusual. The synagogue was built below ground level and has a roof garden so that those living/working in the neighboring buildings overlook a garden rather than yet another building. In its basement there is a youth and sports club as well as a bridge club. Conferences and receptions are also held here. Services are held according to Sefardi rituals.
