He is currently the Regional Director for the Central Southern California Region, the Westside LA and LA Coastal Regions. Paul is also the OP of the Beverly Hills Market Center, which is among the top Keller Williams offices nationally. Paul also has ownership in 9 other Keller Williams offices. Paul was named as 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year by Keller Williams Realty International, and has been recognized for leading the highest performing Region 2 years in a row. The REAL Trends 500 2009 survey places Paul's ownership group as the 52nd largest broker in the United States and the largest KW franchisee outside of Texas. Paul is a diligent student of the Recruit Select process and believes it is the single best selection tool available. Paul credits a great part of his success to finding and hiring extremely talented Market Center Leadership by using the systems and following the models provided. Prior to working full-time with Keller Williams, Paul was a lawyer - first with a large New York firm, then with the US Department of Justice (where he worked with the US Attorney General and the Counsel to the President), and then with a small firm, which he founded in Los Angeles. Paul also founded Forward Development, a real estate development company located in Pittsburgh, PA. Paul has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, a Masters in Management from Oxford University, and a JD from Cornell Law School.
