Chang-I, Amsterdam

Chang-I is a restaurant with a difference. The interior presents a warm and friendly atmosphere that will immediately put you at ease. The walls have images of Buddha lit up with warm yellow lamps. The green from the potted plants in corners, breaks the constant yellow glow and is pleasant to look at. At Chang-I, they rather you leave them to select dishes from the menu for you, although you can request your particular favorites. The food is inspired by that which was served in the royal Chinese court and is rich. The food served here is presented with a great selection of wines. They also serve new and innovative Chinese dishes that will surprise you.
