Overview

An Italian restaurant and delicatessen, Envy was designed with twenty-six refrigerators, each one with an oak finish and chrome handles. They are meant as a showcase for the large wine selection, yet also for other products like cheeses, sausages and oysters. The same way a village butcher shop may allow sampling of his products, and which wines best match them, Envy is a place meant to capture that sense of community.
