Fraîche is the brainchild of two extensively trained chefs: Noah Tucker and Anthony Joseph. The two personally select all of the ingredients used in their restaurant and change the menu every week. The casual restaurant seats only 38, but offers a superlative dining experience in which everything from the chocolate to the bread is made from scratch.
