This restaurant has been standing tall since 1898, and historical trivia dictates that the name De Kroon, which means 'the crown' in Dutch was inspired after the crowning of Queen Wilhelmina in Amsterdam! A touch of elegance lingers in the exotic decor, which boasts of an English library bar. It primarily serves French cuisine, but if you are the kind who wants to let loose and get groovy, then DJ Raymond has the right zing to get you moving. De Kroon also plays host to cocktail parties, receptions and festivals. The bar is technologically equipped with 16 plasma baffles, 5 DVD players thus being popular among the corporate clan.
