After honing his culinary skills at restaurants all over Amsterdam, Jasper Videler opened his own restaurant in 2011 with great success. The decor is clean and contemporary, and the main highlight in the space is the open kitchen. Chef Jasper likes to keep his guests on their toes with a surprisingly affordable prix fixe menu that changes every two weeks.
