The Tokyo Cafe is one of the first Japanese restaurants to introduce the all-you-can-eat formula in The Netherlands. The place though not gourmet, is decent and gives you good value for your money. Tokyo Cafe is always full so it's best to make a reservation. They have a rotating menu here, so there are certain things you can't get here on selected days. Great for a casual evening in the town.
