Departing from the Beatles Story Experience, visitors can travel around the city in a bright yellow bus, in fact a replica of the original from the Beatles film of the same name. An informative commentary highlights locations such as Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields, which inspired the famous song lyrics. The bus also takes visitors around former homes, hangouts and schools of the fab four. The tour finishes at the world famous Cavern Club.
The Magical Mystery Tour departs the Albert Dock daily at 2.30pm (14.30)
There is also a tour at 12 noon on Saturdays, Sundays and at peak times.
There will be a 12 noon tour daily from Monday 21 to Friday 25 February.
There are no tours on 25, 26 December or 1 January.
Tours last 2 hours and finish at the Cavern Club in Mathew Street.

Known popularly as The Beatles Story Experience, this is a specialty museum housed in the Britannia Vaults at Albert Dock. The museum has on display, an exhibition completely devoted to music legends, The Beatles. Everything about the Fab Four: Paul, John, George and Ringo; including their journey to fame has been exhibited here. Photos, newspaper cuttings, articles and many other documented material form a part of the overall exhibit. Open round the year except on 25th and 26th of December, this place is popular with Beatles' fans both local and visitors to the city.
