Established many years ago, this small and homely pub was named after Lord Carnarvon, who was responsible for opening Tutankhamoun's tomb. Situated in an unusual and easily overlooked spot, alongside Marks & Spencer's, the two rooms and bars are attractively upholstered in rich reds and greens.
