Albion (The), London

A charming garden greets guests when they enter The Albion, one of the local favorites in Islington. Whether it's the Georgian interiors, or the view from the French windows, they are as appealing as the food here. Often called a gastro pub, one finds good seasonal English food here. Whether you're starting with the Carrot soup, or Pickled Cornish Mackeral, save some room for the grilled lemon sole.
