Close your eyes to the nondescript hotel surroundings, and let your palate experience unadulterated Gaelic pleasure. The most accurate description of the decor would be to say that it's vaguely like going to Ascot for the day - plenty of racing pictures adorn the walls, and there's a distinctly upper class feel to the whole thing. Ingredients are imported from the Emerald Isle. There is an a la carte lunch and dinner menu, but some dishes are available as bar snacks too. Why not opt for the stews?
