Blue Pumpkin serves European to Balham's fashionista. Bright primary colors and similarly styled artwork combined with plain wooden furniture to create a stylish, modern feel. During the evening the music is more up-tempo, candles are lit and the lighting is dimmed. From time to time theme nights are held, such as organic and South African evenings. The food is delicious with starters including marinated mushrooms with chilli, avocado salad, and duck liver parfait.
