On the grand scale of things, The Cavendish Arms may not be a renowned entertainment venue in London, but for regulars and locals, it is a hidden gem and a safe haven that guarantees an enjoyable evening. Live entertainment is featured every night with free entry on Mondays and Tuesdays to acoustic music sessions and stand-up comedy. Other live acts include bands, cabaret and burlesque. The entertainment is staged in the adjoining 'ballroom' so anybody not wanting to watch the acts can lounge on the large leather settees and cozy antique armchairs all to themselves. Prices are reasonable, and a menu of good English fare is available. The pub is open from 4p onwards everyday of the week.
