Overview
An ode to the golden age of cinema, the Cineroleum on Clerkenwell Road is a great example of architectural regeneration. What once used to be a derelict petrol station is now a decadent stand-alone movie theater that screens old classics. Built using donated and unused materials, the cinema is complete with flip-down seats, ornate curtains and bright signage. Off-beat classics are screened four nights a week on the big screen.
