Earl's Court, London

Earl's Court, a very famous district in London is named so because this is exactly where the Earl Kensington's manor was located. However, now the place is revamped and among other pretty locations filled with modern high-rises and historical houses, also has a small church that is a reminder of the royalty and power that the land beheld. Earl's Court has also gained popularity as popular night out spot for the gay community. Several famous events are held on the streets of this district now. If you are attending one of the events here, keep an eye out for some celebrities, for spotting them is not uncommon here.
