The Earls Court arena has been a major venue for music concerts for years. Years ago, Earls Court used to be a dumping ground. Later with the birth of the railway, two stations were constructed, and it then became a mass network of rail on derelict grounds. Later, it was sold and plans were made to construct Europe's largest exhibition center, but the party ran out of money. Then it opened its door to the public for the chocolate and confectionery exhibition in 1937. Earls Court One was followed by Earls Court Two which opened in 1991. Famous international acts such as Led Zeppelin, Kylie Minogue, Morrissey, Rod Stewart, Take That, Madonna, Bryan Adams and Pink Floyd have performed here to a packed house and a spellbound audience of over 15,000 people. Tickets can be booked online, on their website or by phone. Earls Court was also chosen as a venue for several of the 2012 Olympic Games' volleyball events.
