El Cantara, London

The charming El Cantara is a three tier restaurant in the heart of Soho serving delicious authentic Spanish and Moroccan cuisine. On ground level the traditional Spanish décor is warm and cozy, with terracotta tiles and thick wooden oak tables transporting into an environment you would expect to find in a rural Spanish tavern. The plush first floor takes on a Moroccan influence and together with the opulent Shisha Terrance attracts mouth-watering smells of barbecued meat and a younger crowd. Aim for around 9p and you get the pleasure of watching a writhing belly dancer whilst tucking into your tapas and Moroccan delicacies.
