The Islington Metal Works, constructed in the latter half of the 19th Century, is historically significant. Spread across three floors the building was used to house horses that were used to draw trams. In the 1920s the building was transformed and used for metal works. Though the business is operational, it is predominantly used to host various events. The space has numerous bars, a restaurant, a nightclub and a courtyard area for marriages and parties.
