Overview
Nicholas Logsdail established the Lisson Gallery in 1967 to provide a platform to emerging artists who tried to bring a revolution in the art scene. Then newbies like Donald Judd, Sol LeWitt, Carl Andre and others focused more on the concept of the work over its aesthetics. In the 1980, sculptors with similar ideology joined the scene. Building on this thought, the gallery currently includes works of artists who express intellectual and social message through contemporary art. Visit this gallery to get a glimpse of some unique works.
