The drab exterior hides a notable restaurant where discerning Cantonese dine. Seafood is the specialty here so if you want dim sum, go to nearby Royal China. Service is not a high point but the food will captivate your taste buds and you'll willingly forgive all. Only the freshest fish and shellfish are served, and the Scottish lobster literally flies out of the kitchen on busy days.
