Obika Mozzarella Bar, London

When you are in the neighborhoods of Marylebone or Soho, do make a trip to Obika. This, the third branch, opened in London, and is a result of successes in Milan and Rome. From the name, it is quite evident that Italian cuisine is what is served. Preparations are loaded with just the right amount of handmade buffalo mozzarella (the cheese has been sourced all the way from Southern Italy!) and fresh natural ingredients. Italian music plays in the background as you dig into tasty and filling pasta treats. Evenings are Apervito time, when you can treat your palate to cubes of mozzarella over a glass of one of the special Italian wines. A friendly staff adds to the charm of the eatery. The prices, however, could do with a little restructuring!
