Royal George, London

The Royal George is hidden around the back near Tottenham Court Road. It boasts a colorfully festive tiki and surfing theme, though still manages a mellow atmosphere, great for a relaxing lunch after a busy morning down Oxford Street. The food is good:the handmade burgers are particularly popular; and there are also platters for sharing. It has a good range of drinks and serves real ale. On Sundays, they have a roast. In the evenings they have varied entertainment, DJs, ukelele practice and much more. The George spans two floors, and even features a widlly popular pinball machine. In good weather, you can use the outside seating.
