For a humbly small restaurant, Sushi-Hiro serves up out-of-this-world sushi and sashimi complemented by your choice of sake, beer and tea; but very little else. Many people, including natives of Japan, consider it to be the best sushi restaurant in London. The ingredients are reliably fresh and craftily prepared. The décor is simple, not unlike that of similar restaurants in Japan. The prices are good, and the service quite polite. Due to the restaurant's popularity and size, it fills up quickly; so booking is recommended. You are only allowed 1.5 hours per visit, and make sure to bring cash; it's the only payment they accept.
