Overview

The Water Polo Arena is a temporary venue that has a capacity of 5000 seats and will host the Water Polo events for the London 2012 Olympic Games. It includes a competition pool as well as a warm-up pool. This venue shares back-of-house facilities with the Aquatics Centre, as the venues are adjacent to each other. After the Games, this venue will be taken down and parts of it may be relocated to other sporting venues in the United Kingdom.
