Overview
The beautiful gardens surrounding the stately home, York House in Twickenham are simply stunning. Constructed in 1630 for Andrew Pitcarne, a courtier of King Charles I, this house was then bought by the first earl of Clarendon, Henry Hyde. Over the years, this house has opened its doors to public and now serves as the Town Hall of London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.
