Zafferano, London

Zafferano is arguably one of London's best haute Italian restaurant; although if you want to sample similar cuisine at lower prices, check out the less expensive La Spighetta and Spiga, as they are part of the same restaurant group. The nondescript and rather old dining room hasn't dented the universal admiration heaped upon it by critics and regulars. Menu items include ravioli, potato gnocchi with truffles and of course, the legendary tiramisu. The restaurant has garnered a lot of acclaim over the years for its excellent flavor and burst of spices that can be experienced in every morsel.
