A blue exterior with frosted waves adorning the wide windows is just a little extra confirmation that this Italian restaurant empire is famous for seafood. Actively owned and run by the adorable but exacting Aldo Zilli, the Zilli Fish is one of the five Zilli outlets in the capital. The restaurant serves up starter treats such as jumbo scallops, with dandelion and rocket, and a Thai herb dressing which you might like to follow with a seafood platter for two. Most of the other seafood dishes, such as an irresistible wrapped sea bass fillet in banana leaf, baked with sliced potatoes, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs, are also worth a try. Within the fish feast-house is the stylishly laid-out Zillibar. The drinks selection is extensive and expensive, but definitely worth a try. The atmosphere is lively yet simultaneously sophisticated.
