Transport yourself back to the days of prohibition with this modern day speakeasy. Located in Manchester's Northern Quarter, under Affleck's Palace, Black Dog Ballroom's interior is sleek hardwood, with stone walls, giving it an underground feel. Leather booths line the walls and modern style stools line the fully-stocked bar. Low light adds to the secretive ambiance. A pool hall in the back gives the place a real 1920s gangster feel. The cocktails are plentiful and food is served until 1a. A ballroom can be reserved for a small party up to 70 guests and comes complete with a cocktail bar, a pool table and private staff.
