This a unique take on tapas but with a distinctly Gallic flavor, created by well-known local chef Francis Carroll. Over 3 floors the décor is decidedly flamboyant, with lavish crystal chandeliers, ornate Grecian pillars, rich crimson ceilings and an elegant wrought-iron spiral staircase.
