Oddest, Manchester

Oddest is the third of Cleo Farman's quirky bars to open in Manchester, attracting a discerning crowd since its arrival in July 2009. The interior boasts an eclectic charm, stuffed with antiques and treasures found on Cleo's travels, resulting in an unusual but friendly atmosphere. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace and south-facing beer garden that seats around 50. The bar serves a good range of Belgian beers and other continental ales, and the wine list offers a decent selection of well-priced bottles. Food is good value and served in enormous portions; favorites include the sharing platters and the hearty Sunday dinners.
