Overview
Paco - the owner and chef of this popular establishment - was the brains behind the original menu at the hugely successful La Tasca chain of restaurants. Now he and his wife, Sonia, have set up a family-friendly restaurant and bar of their own, using all his knowledge and know-how when it comes to Spanish food. The food is imaginative and interesting, with a bias towards the traditional food of the Costa Blanca area of Spain.
