This is the latest addition to Bobby Flay's family of restaurants that opened in 2007. The interior is designed by the Rockwell Group and boasts views of the beach. For this venue, Flay integrates Caribbean flavors into his southwestern-style to produce dishes such as Bahamian Spiced Chicken Skewers with Yogurt Cilantro Sauce and Bahamian Lobster Tail with Red-Chile Coconut Sauce.
