Simmer Down, the Marley Resort's restaurant has a variety of the best Caribbean preparations. Besides that there's variety of veggies, completely organic and fresh. Some of the favorites of Bob and his family also feature on the menu. Food is served on the beachfront patio, or the dining room inside or the courtyard. The courtyard is where live entertainment takes place. The resort is sometimes visited by the Marleys as well, who might join you for dinner at the restaurant.
