  I visited February Point Bistro on March 19, 2012 along with a few others. The service was awful! The food was great but our waitress who was Ms. Suzie Branchedor was HORRIBLE! She had an attitude the whole time, she slammed everything down on the table EVERYTIME she brought something, she walked away after asking in a negative tone " what you having!" When I called her back to place my order her response to me was "well you shoulda say that long time" meaning i should have placed my order when she was there. She did not smile with anyone once. She overcharged us and after correcting the bill and making our payments she threw the money at me. After she took the drink order she reached over another person instead of walking around to put my drink on the table. The service was VERY poor. Not ONCE did she come back to the table to find out how things were going. Shanika who was not even out waitress came to check and find out how things were and if we needed something. Suzie is very slow with her service. She is not a good asset for your business and if it was on the count of her i would definitely not be coming back there for dinner. Finally, this is not the first time she did this. She did it to another one of my family members who ate there prior to tonight. She is nothing like Shanika who is an excellent waitress. If nothing is done about her, I'm sorry to say but you will lose customers....   Read More
