In the centre of Hope Town stands the turquoise municipal building, which once housed the post office and town commissioner's office. Today, the visitor information office is all that remains here. Usually one person at a time runs the station and provides complete tourism tips about lodging, dining and sightseeing. Check the bulletin board for updated restaurant menus and upcoming events. Downstairs visitors will find the Dolphin Exhibit. Schoolchildren and scholars compiled data on 85 of the bottlenose dolphins that populate the Sea of Abaco and categorised them by dorsal fin.
