Lubbers Quarters, Out Islands

This small island lies in the Abaco Sound protected from rough waves and modern technology. Located between Marsh Harbor and Elbow Cay, approximately three miles south of Hope Town, the island is one mile long and half a mile wide. The island offers secluded beaches, clear paths for walking or jogging, and lots of peace and quiet. Lubbers remained completely undeveloped until recently. The proximity of Marsh Harbour and Hope Town made amenities unnecessary. Finally there is phone service, electricity and a restaurant. This island makes a great getaway destination and a good base for island hopping.
