Apsara Restaurant, Barbados

A taste of India in the Caribbean, Apsara Restaurant is one of two restaurants located within the same building and run by the same owners. Apsara is located on the ground floor and overlooks the gardens, beautifully decorated with sculptures and other objects reminiscent of India. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant's delectable menu includes tandoori selections, basmati selections, a wide variety of seafood including octopus and lobster, and vegetarian selections. Private dining is available in the Mugal Room, where a menu can be specially designed for the group. Apsara's sister restaurant, Tamnak Thai, is located on the first floor of the building. -Marsilyn Browne
