Overview
Is this London? That might well be your first thought when you see the statue of Lord Nelson in Bridgetown. This statue was erected in 1813, nearly 30 years before London's Lord Nelson column. Sculpted from bronze by Sir Richard Westmacott, who is called "the first castor of bronze in the kingdom", it is considered to be an accurate likeness of the British Admiral. So when you are in Bridgetown, strike a pose next to the stony faced Nelson and capture it with your camera.
