Nishi Restaurant is located in the heart of Holetown. The creative flair of the restaurant welcomes diners into the cool air-conditioned interior where chefs can be viewed preparing the food. Alternatively, you can sit on the garden terrace in nature's warmth and adore the beautiful flora. The menu offers plateaus of delicious sushi and bistro entrees. Try the signature dish of Nishi Chirashi Maka which is a succulent mix of seafood, advocado and cucumber. For a taste of the Caribbean there's the Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
