The creative culinary concoctions of husband and wife owners Trevor and Jacqui Byer have made the Townhouse a standout on the Bajan restaurant scene. Patrons will enjoy Caribbean favorites. The Townhouse Salad makes for an interesting starter, with artichoke hearts, palm hearts, mushrooms, stuffed olives and garlic croutons dusted with Parmesan. The menu mainly features seafood, but beef and poultry dishes are also served. Sample the Shrimp Tikka Masala served on a bed of spicy rice. Steak lovers will revel at the 10 oz Rib Eye steak served with stewed tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and large cut fries.
