  6 inch hair in my food that ended up in my mouth. a bug in my drink another night, girls key opened the wrong door, and was insulted at dinner one night by staff member. GM Jp Martens invited me back this year and upon entry to Bermuda I was stopped for an hour and accused of being a drug dealer and upon my departure my room rate went up over 720.00. IM now in the middle of a dispute and did research on this hotel. read the reviews in yahoo or Trip advisor dot com and you can read about all the other guests who were robbed or also over charged. the basic truth is the staff is nasty and the walls paper thin . a man made beach that is slanted with horrible beach chairs u cant get a seat on when busy cause locals sneak on. Hotel does not care nor do they care about the trash on the beach. My girlfriend did not like the food nor the nasty bed spreads. I also found out about an american woman who arrived this summer and she had over 20 one dollar bills on her and customs accused her of being a stripper and she was deported with in an hour. She was a waitress and she told them it was her tip money. she had paid for a non refundable airline ticket and taken off from work. You see bermuda is the new jamaica with the drug wars and gangs and daily shootings. customs thinks by picking out american tourists it will effect the drug and gun problem. the crazy thing is it is bermudians doing the killings. I used to be in the hotel business and i can tell u this is the worst place i have seen in my life. never have i had a dispute or a problem before. u read the good reviews, but who knows maybe they got lucky. but if u get singled out in customs or have to deal the managers in this dump u may end up like the rest of us suckers who got caught up in the tourist trap of a dump. its nick name is ghetto bay. let the buyer beware...   Read More
