Located in the posh Fairmont Southampton Princess, this elegant, nautically themed dining room offers one of Bermuda's finest dining experiences. Wine is served in Irish crystal. The tuxedo-clad wait-staff provides formal service, and the modern French cuisine is superb. Chef Thomas Frost oversees the ever-changing menu.
