The calm waters of this bay differ greatly from the South Shore beaches in that it is never prone to whitecaps or riptides. Ideal for the entire family, the Bay includes a tidal pond with mangroves and thickets that attract herons and kingfishers.Small children enjoy the playground equipment, and sailboat and paddleboat rentals are available at the Beach House. Soft drinks and fast food are available as well.
