Located within the Paradise Villas Resort on Little Cayman, the Hungry Iguana Restaurant is the only à la carte restaurant on the island. Serving traditional Caribbean specialities like conch chowder, grilled fish, and lobster, it is hard to believe that the chefs only receive new food and ingredients once a week!
