  • Day 1
  • 1 You’ll be heading down toward the city’s Traditional Zone, so start off the day with a healthy breakfast at 100% Natural, a Traditional Zone restaurant on a wharf overlooking the sea. 
  • 2 First stop on the sightseeing/walking tour is the Fort of San Diego, which also contains a history museum. Drop into the nearby House of Masks, which contains 1,000 masks, primarily from Mexico. Then stroll through the zocalo for a look at the La Catedral Nuestra Senora de la Soledad. Catch a cab and browse the Mercado Municipal, the city’s colorful market. 
  • 3 Catch an evening show of the Cliff Divers of La Quebrada.
  • 4 Dip into the nightlife of the Golden Zone at Baby'O or El Alebrije
  • Day 2
  • 1 Take a boat trip to La Roqueta Island and snorkel, hike and picnic. In the afternoon, shop the Artisan’s Market. 
  • 2 For dinner, head up into the Diamond Zone for a dinner at one of the restaurants offering stunning Acapulco Bay views, such as Baikal or Becco al Mare
