Once seated, gaze at the never-ending horizon of the Pacific Ocean from the vantage point offered by this hilltop restaurant. Begin with a cold appetizer of Ceviche (seafood marinated in lime with spices), or a crab spread. Entrees of Yellowtail, Ahi Tuna and other seafoods are accompanied by Paellas. (The shellfish Paella is particularly good). Desserts including a local recipe of Flan and one of the many Ports or other dessert drinks offered, top off the perfect meal.
