Are you in the mood for a little taste of Italy in Los Cabos? Well you may or may not find it at Salvatore's. Some people rave about this place and claim it among the finest Italian restaurants in Cabo San Lucas, while others say it’s nothing to write home about. One thing for certain, the portions are enormous and perfect for starving pedestrians who are always walking past this difficult-to-find restaurant. Nestled in a charming courtyard and shielded by a canopy of palm trees, the Wednesday special is lasagna; Thursday special is chicken parmigiana; Saturday special is osso buco. Some say the food is delicious, others say it is decent; but this restaurant writer has seen it all in Los Cabos and thinks the portions and taste are admirable, even though this place may not be on par with Cabo’s greatest Italian dining experience: La Dolce. - Matthew Dexter

  The best Italian food I've had, outside of Italy!!! I would not come to Cabo without eating here! And, you've got to try the Lasagna and the Braised beef! If you are worried about finding Savatore's, take a cab. It's not expensive, and the cabbie will know where to go. Or, you can walk. It's not hard to find - it's on a side street about a block off of the main drag - kind of behind Diamond's International, near the Dolphin exhibit. The owners/chefs are an Italian family - father and 2 sons. They're awesome - they will treat you like treasured family guests! I'm not kidding. I felt like I was back in Italy visiting someones home. I'd go back to Cabo JUST to visit Salvatore's. Oh, and did I mention the food? MMMmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! It is molto deliziozo!
