This 700-room Spanish chain hotel has five buildings slanted to resemble pyramids. The soaring atrium lobby is a definite wow-factor, but is made more intimate by hanging vines. The Melia group is known for its all-inclusives, and that’s an option here, although you can still get a standard room by itself, which falls into the budget category. There’s also a higher level, Royal Service, which has its own pyramid building, lobby and pool. The YHI Spa has a hydrotherapy section, and you can choose between Mexican, Mediterranean and Sushi restaurants.
