  We are owners at Casa maya/imperial fiesta club. It has gone so down hill over the past 10 years. All of the Hotel employees are fantastic!!! It is the management and the Imperial Fiesta Club that is horrible. They told us 10 years ago they were bulding 4 more resorts we could go to all over Mexico and that all the rooms would be remodeled. Lies!!! They started a new program that is called ELITE and it makes us old owners the same as anyone bookiing at the resort. We paid so now we get nothing!!!! This year was so awefull are you ready for this We got bed bugs and CRABS from the discusting furniture in the discusting rooms that have never been updated. I am so disgusted and I am so angry this is our HOME BASE and we go every year for at least two weeks and bring people every year. They need to fix this discusting issue!!...   Read More
